Is that really St. Peter in the last picture? He is very easy on the eyes…

I saw that clip of Big Dawg over at Uppity’s site earlier this morning. Made me smile, always a good thing. Clinton is running himself ragged with these appearances in “vulnerable” states. He may not be on Obama’s favorite list but he’s still the most popular and effective Dem out there.

Love the conclucling line on the Kunstler:

. . . but as Lon Chaney famously observed a while ago – when explaining his technique of horror movie-making – “…there’s nothing funny about a clown in the moonlight….”

Although I take issue that we’re “all” responsible for this fiasco. Were there irresponsible consumers, home buyers, whatever? Yes. But focusing on that, much like the Welfare Queen meme of the 80s, averts our eyes from the criminals and their handmaidens in DC. The details ozzing out from this foreclosure debacle are beyond belief. Maybe Kunstler benefited from all this greed and fraud, but my family didn’t and I suspect the vast majority of Americans didn’t see a wild increase in their personal fortunes or life styles. Just the reverse. So be it for “self-regulation” of the financial sector. hahaha!

It’s high time the public starts seeing perp walks for these goons. Until we start cleaning out the rot, dismantle the Ponzi game, there will be no faith or trust in the American system–financial, political, judicial, anything. Bernie Madoff needs company, lots of company.

Man, I wish I could vote for Gavin Newsom. He’s got it all.

I love Bill Clinton’s quote. (By the way, Bill, I would still faint for you.) That self-deprecating humor is the best weapon any politician could have. Obama will never master it in a million years. His idea of self-deprecation is to talk about how much Michelle bosses him around and treats him like an idiot. Sorry, Barack, but that just makes you look like a sexist jerk making wife jokes.

NOW KEEP YOU DAMNED JUSTICE DEPT FROM APPEALING THIS RULING BHO!!!

Obama will apeal the ruling. He hates gays.
